06 Mar WELCOME TO GAMEPLAN’S BLOG!
Yes, I know, we have been silent for a while. Gameplan used to have a very prolific blog in the past, but we pivoted a few times, and the content there, created not only by me, but from several folks from our team of partners started to not make much sense compared to where we were moving forward. That, summed to the increased need to redo our website, came down to a decision to take it offline.
Today though, with a very strong sense of pride, we reengage in sharing content again, and now we have divided the blog into defined types of content, that range from general news, like this post, to other types of content that will start to appear here, like new partnerships, new projects and both technical and business knowledge.
For now, this is a warm welcome to everyone reading, being you arriving from the new website, from our Linkedin profiles or other social media. Hello then, we are Gameplan Studio!
What we do, you may ask. Well, we work within the lovely games industry. We do basically three things: co-development (you need a veteran team to help you build games, game platforms or create amazing journeys for gamers to play, well, you can partner with us to achieve that); Engineering Services (you need to develop systems, apps, in-game tools and technology and everything that needs a team of sharp, experienced engineers, we got them and we got you covered – can be any tech, from proprietary code to Unreal, from mobile to PS5, you name it, our team of engineers is one of the best I have ever worked within my (almost) 30 years career); and finally, but not less important, Team Augmentation/Outstaffing/Embedded Teams (depends on how you name it), which is basically you telling us what are your specific professional needs and we dive into the pool of extremely talented people that is available to make great games in Brazil.
Talking about Brazil, as of this text, we are based in the beautiful city of Fortaleza, in the Northeast region of Brazil, and we are 100% remote – we have professional partners working from almost literally every corner of the country, with the exception of the North Region – but we are working on that! If you need a studio with a physical HQ and a team working under the same roof for any reason (security, confidentiality, etc.), fear not, we are cooking some things that we are going to share when they are ready.
Also, since we are on the cooking theme, gosh, we are cooking so many things for 2026. New partnerships, new projects, new places. Bear with me and keep your eyes on this blog, because here is what we will share all the news.
Finally, if you are looking for a job in the industry, also keep an eye on our news, because we will start to share all our openings in this channel as well.
